On February 8, 2007, Frank M. Pieruccini resigned, effective immediately, as the Chief Accounting Officer of Republic Property Trust ("Republic"), to accept another position at Republic. On February 9, 2007, the Board of Trustees appointed Michael J. Green, currently Republic's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, as the Chief Accounting Officer. Information regarding Michael J. Green, including, but not limited to, his biography and summary of his employment agreement, is incorporated by reference to Republic’s Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 28, 2006.
