Explanation of Responses:

1. This Form 4 is being filed by the Reporting Person to correct ministerial errors in the amount of shares of outstanding common stock beneficially owned after each transaction reported herein, and amends and restates in its entirety the Form 4s filed by the Reporting Person on December 27, 2011, December 29, 2011, July 2, 2013, December 23, 2014 and June 1, 2018. There were no changes required in the number of derivative securities owned by the Reporting Person.

2. Includes 100,000 shares of common stock held for the benefit of the Reporting Person's minor children.

3. Corrects error in number of shares of common stock acquired which were incorrectly reported in Form 4 filed on July 2, 2013 as 150,000 shares.

4. Includes 150,000 shares of common stock held for the benefit of the Reporting Person's minor children.
