Magyar Bank, the wholly owned subsidiary of Magyar Bancorp, Inc., announced on March 12, 2007 the opening of a new office located inside the Child Health Institute in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The office is Magyar Bank’s second in New Brunswick, and fifth location overall.
A press release announcing the opening of the new office is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
