ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On October 13, 2008, we announced that the Company has made significant progress on its canal project. The Company received the results of the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) on the entire canal property. Based on the findings of the report, a Phase I ESA is considered sufficient for the property and a Phase II ESA is not recommended.
