Item 8.01 – Other Events
FutureFuel Corp.’s admission of its common shares, $0.0001 par value per share (“Common Shares”), and its warrants to purchase Common Shares (“Warrants”) to AIM, a market operated by the London Stock Exchange plc (“AIM”), was canceled effective July 14, 2008. FutureFuel Corp.’s Common Shares and Warrants were first admitted to AIM on July 12, 2006.
Effective July 11, 2008, FutureFuel Corp.’s Common Shares began to be quoted on the OTCBB under the symbol “FTFL”. FutureFuel Corp.’s Warrants are not quoted or listed on any exchange.
