Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers.
On August 28, 2020, FutureFuel Corp. (NYSE: FF) (the “Company”) and Paul M. Flynn agreed that Mr. Flynn will retire effective September 30, 2020 from his role as the Company’s Executive Vice President, from his role as FutureFuel Chemical Company’s Executive Vice President of Business and Marketing, and from any other positions currently held with the Company and its affiliates. Mr. Flynn thanked the Company for his employment and will retire for personal reasons and not as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
