dELiA*s, Inc. (the “Company”) will hold its 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on August 6, 2013. Tracy Gardner, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and David Dick, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company, will make a presentation to stockholders at the Annual Meeting. A copy of the slide presentation to be presented at the Annual Meeting is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
