Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 10, 2010, Intellect Neurosciences, Inc. (OTCBB: ILNS) issued a press release announcing that it reached a preliminary agreement with certain of its significant shareholders to provide interim funding and assist the Company in efforts to secure additional financing. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.
