On January 10, 2018, Navient Solutions, LLC, in its capacity as administrator, furnished to the applicable remarketing agents a preliminary remarketing prospectus (the “Remarketing Prospectus”), a free-writing prospectus relating to the rep lines in the Remarketing Prospectus (the “Rep line FWP”), a free-writing prospectus relating to Exhibit I to the Remarketing Prospectus (the “Exhibit I FWP”), and a free-writing prospectus relating to the ratings of the SLM Student Loan Trust 2005-9 Class A-7A Reset Rate Notes (the “Ratings FWP”) for distribution to certain qualified institutional buyers for purposes of remarketing the SLM Student Loan Trust 2005-9 Class A-7A Reset Rate Notes. The Remarketing Prospectus, the Rep line FWP, the Exhibit I FWP and the Ratings FWP are attached as exhibits to this current report.
