Represents restricted stock units that were converted into restricted stock units of Performance Food Group Company ("PFGC") on September 1, 2021 pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Merger Agreement") between Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc. and PFGC based on the Equity Award Exchange Ratio as set forth in the Merger Agreement.
