See the Average Annual Total Returns table below for the returns of the Fund and related indexes, including the MSCI ACWI Index which captures large-cap and mid-cap representation across developed markets and emerging markets and the Bloomberg Global Aggregate Bond Index which provides a broad-based measure of the global investment grade fixed-rate debt markets. The Fund seeks to provide relative safety of capital with the possibility of long-term growth of capital and income by investing in a diversified mix of various asset classes. Consideration is also given to current income. Factors Affecting Performance [Text Block] | Management's Discussion of Fund Performance The following discussion compares the performance of the Fund to a 60%/40% custom blend of the MSCI ACWI Index and the Bloomberg Global Aggregate Index to show how the Fund’s performance compares to the returns of similar investments for the reporting period. See the Average Annual Total Returns table below for the returns of the Fund and related indexes, including the MSCI ACWI Index which captures large-cap and mid-cap representation across developed markets and emerging markets and the Bloomberg Global Aggregate Bond Index which provides a broad-based measure of the global investment grade fixed-rate debt markets. The Fund seeks to provide relative safety of capital with the possibility of long-term growth of capital and income by investing in a diversified mix of various asset classes. Consideration is also given to current income.
