Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 11, Regency Energy Partners LP, or the Partnership, announced the appointment of two new Senior Vice Presidents. The officers are Richard D. Moncrief, appointed as Senior Vice President, Gas Supply and Business Development, and Charles M. Davis, Jr., appointed as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
