Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 2, 2006, DynCorp International Inc. issued a press release, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, related to its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2006. The press release did not include certain financial statements, related footnotes and certain other financial information that will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission as part of DynCorp International Inc.’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q.
On August 3, 2006, DynCorp International Inc. will conduct a conference call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. The call will be open to interested investors through a live audio web broadcast via the internet at www.dyn-intl.com. For those who are not able to listen to the live broadcast, the call will be archived for approximately 90 days on the website.
