H&E Equipment Services, Inc. Commences Exchange Offer
for 8 3/8% Senior Notes Due 2016
BATON ROUGE, Louisiana (October 13, 2006)– H&E Equipment Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: HEES) today announced that it has commenced an exchange offer of any and all outstanding 8 3/8% Senior Notes due 2016 for 8 3/8% Senior Notes due 2016 registered under the Securities Act of 1933.
The exchange offer will expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on November 13, 2006, unless extended. This announcement is for informational purposes only and is not an offer to purchase or a solicitation of an offer to purchase any securities.
