Noble and Rosetta are working to complete the merger as soon as practicable. If the stockholders of Rosetta approve the merger, we currently expect that the merger will be completed by July 20, 2015. Neither Noble nor Rosetta can predict, however, the actual date on which the merger will be completed because it is subject to conditions beyond each company’s control, including the approval of the Merger proposal by Rosetta’s stockholders.
