The price used to calculate the settlement value of the Performance Share Units was C$4.09, which was the Fair Market Value (as that term is defined in the Issuer's Performance Share Unit Plan) of the Issuer's Common Shares on September 28, 2021, converted from Canadian dollars to U.S. dollars using the Bank of Canada daily average exchange rate on September 28, 2021 of C$1.268 = US $1.00.
