Explanation of Responses:

1. On June 7, 2023, the reporting person was granted 150,000 RSUs, vesting March 31, 2024. Each RSU represents a conditional right to receive a cash payment equal to the fair market value of one Common Share of the Issuer or, at the Issuer's discretion, a number of Common Shares (or a combination of cash and Common Shares) equal to the fair market value of one Common Share. The RSUs vested on March 31, 2024 and were converted into Common Stock on a one-to-one basis at the Issuer's discretion.

2. The price used to calculate March 31, 2024 RSU vesting was C$0.70, which was the closing price Issuer's Common Shares as reported on the Toronto Stock Exchange on March 27, 2024. The price was converted using the Bank of Canada exchange rate for March 27, 2024 of C$1.3587 = US$1.00
