Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 10, 2007, Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has initiated a two-stage, Phase 1/2 therapeutic clinical trial for Azedra™ (Ultratrace™ iobenguane I 131 or Ultratrace MIBG), for the treatment of malignant pheochromocytoma, a type of neuroendocrine cancer.
