Aldeyra Therapeutics, Inc. Prices Public Offering of Common Stock
LEXINGTON, Mass., May 26, 2016 – Aldeyra Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq:ALDX) (Aldeyra), a biotechnology company focused on the development of products to treat diseases related to aldehydes, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,400,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $5.00 per share. The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be $12.0 million, before deducting the underwriting discount and other offering expenses. In connection with the offering, Aldeyra granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase 360,000 additional shares of common stock offered in the public offering to cover over-allotments, if any. All of the shares in the offering are being sold by Aldeyra. This offering is expected to close on or about June 1, 2016 subject to customary closing conditions.
Stifel is acting as sole manager for the offering.
