Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 26, 2021, Bridgewater Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend on its 5.875% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A (“Series A Preferred Stock”). The quarterly cash dividend of $42.43 per share, equivalent to $0.4243 per depository share, each representing a 1/100th interest in a share of the Series A Preferred Stock (Nasdaq: BWBBP), is payable on December 1, 2021, to shareholders of record of the Series A Preferred Stock at the close of business on November 15, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
