On December 15, 2016, Oracle Corporation (“Oracle”) issued a press release announcing financial results for its fiscal second quarter ended November 30, 2016. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

Oracle announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share of outstanding common stock payable on January 26, 2017, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 5, 2017.
