PolyMedix, Inc. (OTC BB: PYMX) issued a press release today announcing that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed offering of up to $35 million of its common stock and warrants to purchase shares of its common stock to a limited number of institutional investors. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
