PolyMedix, Inc. distributed a letter to its stockholders of PolyMedix, Inc. along with the definitive proxy statement materials filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 10, 2008 in connection with the PolyMedix, Inc. 2008 Annual Meeting. A copy of the letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
