Item 8.01 Other Events
On July 15, 2016 GFN announced that the GFN board of directors has declared a cash dividend of $2.30 per share on the 9.00% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock of GFN (the “Series C Preferred Stock”) that is payable with respect to the period commencing on April 30, 2016 and ending on July 30, 2016. This dividend is payable on August 1, 2016 to Series C Preferred Stockholders of record as of July 30, 2016.
