Explanation of Responses:

1. Of the total number of performance-based RSUs granted on February 12, 2019, 2,171 vested on September 16, 2019 and 2,170 shares vested on September 15, 2020. The remaining 2,170 shares will vest on September 15, 2021 if the performance vesting requirement is met and if the reporting person is still employed as of that date. Of the total number of time-based RSUs granted on February 12, 2019, 2,171 vested on February 12, 2020. 2,171 shares will vest on February 12, 2021 and 2,170 shares will vest on February 12, 2022 if the reporting person is still employed as of those dates.

2. Of the total number of performance-based RSUs granted on February 11, 2020, 2,304 vested on September 15, 2020. 2,304 shares will vest on each of September 15, 2021 and September 15, 2022 if the performance vesting requirement is met and if the reporting person is still employed as of those dates.
