On August 1, 2022, Christian J. Hoffmann, III notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Digital Ally, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Board of the Company, effective immediately. The Board accepted Mr. Hoffmann’s resignation on August 2, 2022. The resignation of Mr. Hoffmann as a director was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
Following Mr. Hoffmann’s resignation, the Company will continue to provide revenue cycle management services for the healthcare industry through its majority-owned subsidiary, Nobility Healthcare, LLC (“Nobility Healthcare”). Mr. Hoffmann will continue to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of Nobility, LLC, which is the Manager member of Nobility Healthcare.
