On April 29, 2008, Alexza Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Alexza”) held an investor presentation titled “Investor and Analyst Day.”
Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the presentation materials used in connection with the investor presentation (the “Slide Show”).
