On November 19, 2012, Alexza Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced that it has received a CHMP (Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use) Day 180 Second List of Outstanding Issues from the European Medicines Agency regarding its Marketing Authorization Application for ADASUVE™ (Staccato® loxapine). The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
