On March 3, 2014, Alexza Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Alexza” or the “Company”) announced that its commercial partner Teva Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd. (“Teva”) has initiated sales of ADASUVE® (Staccato® Loxapine) inhalation powder 10mg in the United States. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
