Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 28, 2017, American Railcar Industries, Inc.’s board of directors’ compensation committee approved a base salary increase for Mr. Yevgeny Fundler, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Fundler’s salary was increased from $290,000 to $296,000 effective April 1, 2017.
