Global Traffic Network, Inc. (the “Company”) announced today that Mr. Robert L. Johander, Vice-Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors and a member of the Company’s compensation committee and corporate governance and nominating committee, passed away on November 26, 2007 at the age of 61. No replacement has been appointed to fill the resulting vacancy on the Company’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Johander, who served as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors and its Vice-Chairman since September 2005, was a valued member of the Company’s senior leadership team and was integral in helping the Company structure its March 2006 initial public offering. He will be missed greatly.
