On September 19, 2013, Fox Factory Holding Corporation, a subsidiary of Compass Diversified Holdings and Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC (NYSE: CODI), filed a quarterly report on Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the second quarter ended June 30, 2013 and issued a press release announcing its results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2013.
