Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On September 19, 2014, Homeowners of America Holding Corporation (the "Company") held its annual meeting of stockholders (the "Annual Meeting"). As of the record date of September 5, 2014, there were a total of 16,166,852 shares of common stock issued and outstanding and entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting. At the Annual Meeting, 10,727,661 shares of common stock were present in person or by proxy, representing a quorum.
The final results of votes with respect to the proposals submitted for shareholder vote at the Annual Meeting are set forth below.
