Explanation of Responses:

1. Mr. Moore has voluntarily agreed to forfeit 6,044 unvested shares of time restricted stock awarded under the Management Incentive Plan of the Issuer, dated as of August 9, 2017. These restricted shares were granted on July 23, 2018 and were scheduled to vest on April 1, 2020. Mr. Moore continues to serve as a director.
