Please be advised that, due to the death of Mr. Jorge Horacio Brito, on the date hereof, the Board of Directors provided for a new distribution of offices and, therefore, designated Mr. Delfín Jorge Ezequiel Carballo as Chairman of the Board and Mr. Jorge Pablo Brito as Vice Chairman. In addition, the former Alternate Director, Mr. Santiago Horacio Seeber, took office as Regular Director until the next general shareholders' meeting, pursuant to the provisions of section 14 of the Bank's by-laws.
