FINAL AMENDMENT TO TENDER OFFER
This Final Amendment to the Tender Offer Statement on Schedule TO relates to the offer (the "Offer") by: MacKenzie Realty Capital, Inc. (collectively the "Purchasers") to purchase up to 1,300,000 shares of common stock (the "Shares") in Landmark Apartment Trust, Inc. (the "Corporation"), the subject company.
The Offer resulted in the tender by Shareholders, and acceptance for payment by the Purchasers, of a total of approximately 113,223 Shares. Upon completion of the Offer, the Purchasers and their affiliates held an aggregate of approximately 366,761 Shares, or approximately 1.4% of the total outstanding Shares.
