On June 24, 2008, the Company announced that it would report its second fiscal quarter results for the period ending May 31, 2008 on Wednesday, July 9, 2008 and that it would host a conference call at 4:00 p.m. CDT on Wednesday, July 9, 2008 to discuss its financial results. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
