Explanation of Responses:

1. The options vest on a monthly pro rata basis over a four (4) year period that commenced on May 1, 2015 and will continue until May 1, 2019, at which time all of the options will be fully vested.

2. The issuer's common stock trades on the Tokyo Stock Exchange under the symbol referenced in the Issuer's registration statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-192900)

Remarks:

The grant date, expiration date and exercise price of the stock options previously reported have been amended as a result of a procedural error concerning the original grant of the awards.
