Explanation of Responses:

1. These options were granted under the registrant's 2007 Incentive Stock Plan. The options vest quarterly over a one year period with the first tranche vesting on February 23, 2016.

2. These options were granted by the Compensation Committee in recognition of management accomplishments in the third quarter of 2015, primarily related to the new sales office in South Florida becoming fully staffed and YTD revenues generated by the office exceeding the Company's Operating Plan.
