   Explanatory Note - American Standard Energy Corp. (the “Company”) is filing this Amendment to its Form 12b-25 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 16, 2013 (the “Original Filing”) for the purpose of correcting the answer to Part IV Question 2. This Amendment correctly provides that the Company has not filed its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended 2012.
