We were unable to complete our quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2012, including the financial statements for such period, on a timely basis, due to unanticipated delays arising in connection with the preparation thereof and in connection with the inclusion of certain recent events to be incorporated therein. We anticipate that we will file the quarterly report on Form 10-Q no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.

We have not yet finalized our financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2012. Therefore, we are unable to quantify the anticipated changes in our results of operations at this time. However, based on information currently available to us, we anticipate that the earnings statements included in our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the three months ended September 30, 2012 will reflect increases in oil and natural gas revenues, production costs, and operating expenses, and an increase in net loss, as compared to the three months ended September 30, 2011.
