Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Effective April 30, 2008 Javed Mawji resigned as a director of our Company. Mr. Mawji’s resignation was not as a result of any disagreement on any matter relating to our Company’s operations, policies or practices.
Camara Alford remains as a director as well as our Chairman and CEO; Jueane Thiessen remains as a director and continues as our Secretary and CFO, and J. Sean Diaz remains as the final director on our Board.
