1. These shares are held by the reporting person's spouse, and the reporting person may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of these shares. The reporting person expressly disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares, except to the extent of her pecuniary interest therein.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $15.81 to $16.12 inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in this footnote (2) to this Form 4.

3. These shares are held by the Pritzker Military Foundation. As the sole member of the Pritzker Military Foundation, the reporting person may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of these shares. The reporting person expressly disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares, except to the extent of her pecuniary interest therein.

4. These shares are held by the Tawani Foundation. As the sole member of the Tawani Foundation, the reporting person may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of these shares. The reporting person expressly disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares, except to the extent of her pecuniary interest therein.

5. These shares are held by Tawani Holdings LLC, a manager-managed limited liability company where the reporting person is one of two managers and whose controlling member is a revocable trust (the "Trust") for the benefit of the reporting person, who also serves as trustee of the Trust. In such capacity, the reporting person may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of these shares. The reporting person expressly disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares, except to the extent of her pecuniary interest therein.

6. These shares are held by the Pritzker Military Museum and Library ("PMML"). As the sole member of PMML, the reporting person may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of these shares. The reporting person expressly disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares, except to the extent of her pecuniary interest therein.

7. These shares are held by Squadron Capital LLC ("Squadron"), a manager-managed limited liability company. As one of two members of the Managing Committee of Squadron, the reporting person may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of these shares. The reporting person expressly disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares, except to the extent of her pecuniary interest therein.

8. These shares are held by Mary's Go Round LLC, a manager-managed limited liability company whose manager and sole member is a corporation solely owned by the Trust and where the reporting person is the sole director. In such capacity, the reporting person may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of these shares. The reporting person expressly disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares, except to the extent of her pecuniary interest therein.
