Explanation of Responses:

1. This amendment corrects the number of restricted stock units granted from 872 (as erroneously reported in the Form 4 filed on June 6, 2023) to 876.

2. Represents restricted stock units awarded pursuant to the EPAM Systems, Inc. Non-Employee Director Compensation Policy. These restricted stock units will vest on the first anniversary of the grant date.
