Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On November 29, 2017, Cardinal Ethanol, LLC and its primary lender, First National Bank of Omaha, executed an Eleventh Amendment of First Amended and Restated Construction Loan Agreement to be effective as of October 31, 2017, which amends the First Amended and Restated Construction Loan Agreement dated June 10, 2013 (the "Amendment"). The purpose of the Amendment was to extend the date for completion of construction of the grain receiving and train loading facility and the draw period for the construction loan from October 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017.
