Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On or about February 19, 2019, Cardinal Ethanol, LLC (the "Company") issued a press release regarding its strategic plans for the Company. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
On or about February 19, 2019, the Company also posted and sent a letter to its unit holders to inform the unit holders that it suspended its qualified matching service through FNC AgStock Trading Service. The letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
