On October 9, 2007, an authorized officer of Rydex Specialized Products LLC, d/b/a Rydex Investments (the “Sponsor”), sponsor of the CurrencySharesSMSwedish Krona Trust (the “Trust”), informed the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) that the Trust intends to transfer its listing to NYSE Arca and plans to request that the NYSE cease trading of the Trust’s shares (the “Shares”) effective at the close of the market on October 31, 2007. The Trust is undertaking this transfer in connection with an initiative by NYSE Group, Inc. to transition all exchange traded funds listed on the NYSE to NYSE Arca.
