(d) On September 5, 2008, the Board of Directors of Lid Hair Studios International, Inc. (the “Company”) accepted Ms. Amber Warren’s resignation as director and all positions held with the Company. As a result, the Board of Directors now consists of Eric S. Anderson Sole Officer and Director.
