As disclosed in an article published in the San Diego Union-Tribune on January 25, 2010, Volcano Corporation (the “Company”) projects approximately $280 million in revenues for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010.
The Company’s fourth quarter and full-year 2009 operating and financial performance and updated guidance for fiscal 2010 will be provided in a press release, as well as in a conference call and webcast, in early March. Details of the earnings release date, conference call and webcast will be provided by the Company in a subsequent release.
