On May 4, 2021, Byrna Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC has approved the listing of the Company’s common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “BYRN.” Pursuant to Item 7.01 of Form 8-K, a copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
